Naomi Deller

Role: Registered Osteopath

Naomi is a Registered Osteopath with over 10 years’ experience in health and wellbeing, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with a movement-focused approach to care. Her route into osteopathy came via an existing background in personal training and Pilates instruction, which shapes how she works with patients today—not just addressing pain, but looking at how the body moves, trains and functions as a whole.

Naomi qualified with a Master’s in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University College of Osteopathy in 2024. She is currently studying hormone health with the Institute of Menstrual Health and has a particular interest in women’s health. Before becoming an osteopath, she worked with mental health charities including Mind, experience that informs a genuinely patient-centred, whole-person approach to care.

In clinic, Naomi uses a combination of hands-on treatment, medical acupuncture and exercise prescription, tailoring each session to what the patient needs. Alongside her clinic work, she teaches 1:1 Pilates, small-group Pilates and HIIT classes, helping people build confidence in movement and become stronger.

Outside the clinic, Naomi trains in strength, HIIT and functional movement, and can regularly be found hiking or in the sea.
