Classes

At Recover Physio & Wellbeing Clinic we recognise the importance of exercise, of movement and how to recover from injuries as completely as possible whilst maximising performance and wellbeing. This is why we provide specialist classes each with specific goals in mind.

In our clinic gym we offer small group classes where our instructors can give each individual the attention they require whilst maintaining this as a suitable environment in which to switch off from daily stresses. We only offer classes which align with our clinic philosophy and our therapists’.

Stepping into a group exercise class can be the perfect way to start becoming more active and if you are a social person, this can be a great way to meet like-minded people.
