Lizzy Woolley

Role: Physiotherapist / Pelvic Health Specialist

Qualifications: BSc (Hons), HCPC, MCSP, AACP

After qualifying as a Physiotherapist from the University of Brighton in 2013, Lizzy began working for the NHS and continues to do so as a Clinical Lead in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Her passion for pelvic health began in 2016, and she has a particular interest in supporting women’s health in exercise and sport. Lizzy has completed numerous postgraduate courses, including her Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Lizzy has played high-level hockey since childhood, regularly runs half marathons and has more recently developed a love of CrossFit. She believes pelvic health problems should not prevent women from achieving their fitness goals. Having remained active throughout her life, Lizzy appreciates how frustrating it can be when pain or other symptoms force you to stop.
