We will help you by implementing a customised workout program tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities. Whether you are wanting one-on-one, one-on-two or small group (up to 4) personal training we can help. Our training room is designed with injury rehabilitation, balance/proprioceptive testing and strength & conditioning in mind.

    Sam has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years.

    Sam is also qualified to devise and advise on nutritional plans tailored to individual needs.

    Sam has always been active and a sports enthusiast and, after watching how individuals adapt to different training programmes, supplies appropriate coaching and training to achieve the best possible results for each client.
